| Abstract
|
| Hyperlipidemia is a disorder of lipid metabolism caused by improper diet, emotional disorders, and dysfunction of the spleen and kidney in transportation and transformation. In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it falls under the categories of blood turbidity and paste turbidity. Based on the theory of“dampness-turbidity-phlegmfluid retention diseases”,this paper expounds hyperlipidemia from the aspect of pathogenesis and reviews Professor ZHANG Boli’s clinical experience, aiming to enrich the theoretical framework of TCM for paste turbidity diseases and to provide new research ideas and practical evidence for standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition. |
