| 目的: 临床观察中医药对小儿紫癜性肾病的治疗效果与作用。方法: 对96例患儿遵循中医辨证施治,标本兼顾之原则,依据其不同证型,选用有关活血化瘀中药施治。结果: 96例患儿完成治疗后,显效46.88%,有效39.58%.总有效率86.45%.结论: 临床选用活血化瘀类中药辨证施治此症,效果较为理想,治疗后副作用小,病情缓解后疗效比较持久。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM on purpura nephropathy. Methods: On the basis of the principle of differentiating symptoms and signs and treating both the principal and secondary aspects 96 patients from purpura complicated with nephropathy were treated using Chinese herbs with function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Results: Of these patients, the obvious effective rate was obtained in 46.88% and the effective rate in 39.58%. The total effective rate was 86.45%.Conclusion: This method had satisfactory and persistent therapeutic action without side effect. |
