| 目的: 观察采用益气养血固肾安胎法中药对大鼠肾虚流产模型的保胎作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法: 实验选用SD大鼠80只,实验分6组:正常对照组、模型对照组、中药高、中、低剂量组、中药对照组,分别给药后观察各组妊娠功能、对NK细胞活性、血清E2、PRL的变化。结果: 中药中、低剂量组保胎效果明显优于高剂量组、中药对照组;模型对照组较正常对照组NK细胞活性显著增高,E2 下降、PRL上升,治疗后得到调整。结论: 肾虚流产大鼠体内存在免疫功能异常;益气养血固肾安胎法中药具有良好保胎效果;其作用可能是通过调整体内免疫功能而完成。 |

| Objective: To observe the function in care of fetus in rat’s abortion due to kidney asthenia by supplement vital energy(Qi)and nourishment blood, strengthen kidney for fetus soothing therapy and explore the mechanism. Methods: Eighty rats were divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model control group, high, middle and low dosage Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine control group. After administration of medicine we observed the changes of pregnancy functioin, activity of NK cells and serum E2 and PRL concentration. Results: The effect of fetus care in middle and low dosage group was superior to high group and Chinese medicine control group. The activity of NK cells in model control group was higher than normal control group. A significant decreasing of E2 and increasing of PRL were also observed and recovered after therapy. Conclusion: There was an abnormality of immunologic function in the body of the abortion rats duo to kidney asthenia. These herbs with supplement Qi and nourishment blood, reinforce kidney for fetus soothing actions had satisfactory effect in fetus care. Their effect might be finished through regulating immunologic function of the body. |
