| 目的: 研究中药中作为补阳剂的药物是否为男性荷尔蒙的原料,是否能减少动脉硬化症的诱发因子-胆固醇。方法: 通过实验观察肉苁蓉、巴戟天、覆盆子、蛇床子、菟丝子、淫羊藿等药物的血液分析值,及男性荷尔蒙分析结果时显示肝机能的谷丙转氨酶值。结果: 男性荷尔蒙的增加与血清胆固醇减少相互关联。结论: 人类有望开发出用于治疗高胆固醇血症和性机能障碍的药物制品。 |

| Effect of Yang-invigorating Herbs in Preparations of TCM on the Secretion of Testicle Hormone and on Blood Cholesterol |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To observe if the Yang-invigorating herbs in preparations of TCM is the material of androgenic hormone and can decrease the content of cholestrol, inducing factors of arteriosclerosis. Methods: The effect of Rou Zong Rong(Herbs Cistanchis), Ba JieTian(Morinda Root), Fu Pen Zi(Fructus Rubi), She Chuang Zi(Cridium Fruit), Tu Si Zi(Dodder Seed)and Yin Yang Hou(Epimedium)etc. on the concentration of cholesterol, androgenic hormone and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)activity in blood was determined experimentally. Result: There is a correlation between increasing of androgenic hormone concentration and decreasing of serum cholesterol content.Conclusion: To obtain medicine for treating hypertension and sexual hyposthenia is promising. |
