| 摘要: |
| 目的:观察银杏叶注射液对急性脑梗死的影响。方法:用银杏叶注射液静脉滴注,于治疗前后分别测定患者血液流变学、心功能、格拉斯哥昏迷评分的变化。结果:治疗后患者血液流变学除红细胞压积外均较治疗前明显改善P<0.05或P<001;心功能除HR外亦较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05;格拉斯哥评分亦较治疗前明显改善P<0.05。结论:银杏叶注射液有改变急性脑梗死患者血液流变学、心功能的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To observe the influence of Yinxingye injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The injection was given intravenously. The changes of hemorheology, heart function and Glasgow’s score were tested before and after treatment. Results: The hemorheologic parameters, except hematocrit, were obviously improved after treatment, (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The heart function and Glasgow’s score were also markedly improved, (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yinxingye injection has therapeutic effect on hemorheology and heart function of patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
