腧穴拮抗效应的实验研究——电针对正常小鼠胃肠推进功能的影响

摘要:
目的:观察内关、脾俞、足三里两穴、三穴配伍是否产生拮抗效应。方法:以正常小鼠为观察对象,以胃肠推进率为观察指标。结果:电针足三里、内关配脾俞、内关配足三里均能明显促进正常小鼠胃肠推进功能(与空白对照组比较,3组P值均<0.05),而足三里配脾俞及内关、脾俞、足三里三穴配伍,其效应均明显减弱(与空白对照组比较,两组P值均>0.05)。结论:脾俞配足三里及内关、脾俞、足三里三穴配伍可能存在拮抗效应

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects in electroacupuncture whether different matching of points Neiguan (P6), Pishu (B20), and Zusanli (S36) could induce antagonistic actions. Methods: Gastrointestinal propulsion rate was taken as an observed index in normal mice. Results: Zusanli, coordinated with Neiguan and Pishu, coordinated Neiguan and Zusanli had very marked promoting effect on gastrointestinal peristalsis. However coordinated Zusanli and Pishu, coordinated Neiguan Pishu and Zusanli had no such effect. Conclusion: Coordinated Pishu and Zusanli, coordinated Neiguan, Pishu and Zusanli may have antagonistic effects.
