| 摘要: |
| [目的]评价咳喘口服液治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]采用随机对照方法,对160例支气管哮喘患者进行了临床试验,治疗组(咳喘口服液组)103例,对照组(泼尼松组)57例。[结果]治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.4%、84.2%,两者无显著性差异,但在肺功能改善方面治疗组优于对照组。临床试验中未发现不良反应。[结论]咳喘口服液治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,临床用药安全。 |

| [Objective]To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Kechuan Oral Liquid in bronchial asthma treatment.[Methods]One hundred and sixty bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into control group(103cases with prednisone)and treatment group(57 cases with Kechuan oral liquid).[Result]The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 86.4%,84.27% respectively;There was no significant difference between two groups.But treatment group was superior to control group in improving lung function.The side effect was not discovered in clinical test.[Conclusion]Kechuan Oral Liquid has certain therapeutic effect in treatment of bronchial asthma.It is safe the clinic. |
