| [目的]测定柿叶中胆碱的含量,为该药提供质量控制方法。[方法]应用分光光度法进行测定。[结果]药材样品平均回收率为99.72%,峰面积(RSD)为0.55%。[结论]方法稳定、可靠,可作为该药的质量控制方法。 |

| [Objective]To determine the choline content in leaves of diospyros and provide a method of its quality control.[Methods]Spectrophotometry was used.[Result]The average recovery rate was 99.98% with 0.23% RSD.[Conclusion]This method is accurate and reliable,and can be used as a method of quality control. |
