| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察救心胶囊通过抑制损伤人脐静脉内皮细胞纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)mRNA的表达,保护内皮细胞功能。[方法]通过建立缺氧及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)损伤内皮细胞模型,并以载药血清为给药方式,运用细胞原位杂交技术检测PAI-1mRNA的表达。[结果]内皮细胞损伤后PAI-1mRNA阳性率明显增加,救心胶囊显著降低其表达。[结论]救心胶囊保护内皮细胞,参与血液凝固性调节,防止冠状动脉粥样硬化继发血栓形成。 |

| [Objective] To observe the protective effect of Jiuxin(treating heart disease)capsule on the endotheliocyte of human umbilical vein injured with hypoxia by inhibiting the PAI-1 mRNA expression.[Methods] In the endotheliocyte injured with hypoxia and LDL the expression of PAI-1 mRNA was determined in Jiuxin capsule contained serum with in situ hybridization.[Result] The expression of PAI-1 mRNA was obviously increased in hypoxia state and Jiuxin capsule can decrease the PAI-1 mRNA expression.[Conclusion] Jiuxin capsule has a good effect in protecting endotheliocyte injury by regulating blood coagulation and preventing the thrombosis secondary to the coronary atherosclerosis. |
