| [目的]建立舒肝灵胶囊中齐墩果酸的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(85∶15);检测波长为210nm。[结果]在齐墩果酸在0.304～2.432μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为98.73%,RSD为0.33%。[结论]采用HPLC法测定齐墩果酸,方法简便、灵敏、准确可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。 |

| [Objective] To establish the determination method of oleanlic acid in Shuganling(dispersing the stagnated liver-QI)capsules using HPLC.[Methods] The determination was carried out on ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase of methol-0.2% phosophoric acid(85:15)and detection wave-length at 210 nm.[Results] The oleanolic acid sample showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.304～2.432 μg and the average recovery rate was 98.73%.RSD was 0.33%.The recovery is 98.3%.[Conclusions] The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for content determination of oleanolic acid in this preparation. |
