| [目的]探讨以调理脾胃气机法组成的中药复方解郁1号对抑郁症患者基本认知功能的影响。[方法]将60例抑郁症患者纳入研究,随机分为中、西药组各30例,并设立30例健康对照组,采用《基本认知能力测验》软件,进行认知功能检测。[结果]抑郁症患者存在明显的认知功能障碍,治疗后,与正常组比较,中、西药组的基本认知能力总分值均有显著性差异(P<0.05),在改善抑郁症患者心算、数字工作记忆方面中药组优于西药组。[结论]解郁1号和盐酸氟西汀胶囊均能够改善抑郁症患者的认知功能障碍,但短时间内不能使反应速度、逻辑思维、信息加工等认知能力恢复到正常水平。 |

| Effect of Jieyu Yihao on cognitive functions of depression patients |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To explore the effect of the compound prescription of Chinese medicine Jieyu Yihao(removing stagnation No.1) on the cognitive functions in treating patients with depression. [Methods] Sixty patients with depression were enrolled,and divided randomly into the Chinese medicine group (30 cases) treated with Jieyu Yihao and the western medicine group(30 cases) treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules. Thirty healthy volunteers were served as control and evaluated with cognitive functions test. [Results] The patients with depression had evident cognitive dysfunction. Compared to model group,the total curative effect was of significant difference in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P<0.05). The Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group in improving mental arithmetic and digit working memory. [Conclusion] The patients with depression has defect of cognitive function,and Jieyu Yihao can improve it but can not recover to normal level in a short time. |
