| [目的]观察中药超声雾化眼浴治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。[方法]60例78眼随机分成治疗组30例38眼,对照组30例40眼,观察比较两组疗效及视力恢复情况。[结果]两组疗效比较,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组视力与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),治疗后两组视力比较,治疗组视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药超声雾化眼浴治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效较好,治疗组复发率相对较低。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of atomization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on treating herpes simplex keratitis (HSK). [Methods] Thirty (38 eyes) were administered in treatment group and 30(40 eyes) in control group. The efficacy and vision recov-ery of two groups were compared. [Results] There was a significant difference between the curative effect of two groups (χ2=2.2852,P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group. There was a significant difference between the vision before and after treatment in two groups (P<0.05). The vision improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group after treatment (t=2.2852,P<0.05). [Conclusion] The effect of atomization of TCM was better. The recurrent rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group after followed up for one year. |
