| [目的]观察加味四逆散治疗缺血性脑中风后抑郁症的疗效。[方法]将87例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。在内科常规治疗基础上,治疗组44例给予加味四逆散水煎剂口服,对照组43例给予盐酸氟西汀口服。观测并对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征变化,汉密尔顿抑顿量表(HAMD)评分、神经功能缺损程度评分变化以及两组患者服用药物后不良反应等情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率为90.9%,对照组总有效率为74.4%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组治疗后HAMD量表评分、神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组的下降优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]加味四逆散治疗缺血性脑中风后抑郁症疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Sinisan (Modified Sinisan,JWSNS) on treating depression after ischemic stroke. [Methods] Eighty-seven patients of ischemic stroke with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In conventional medical treatment,44 patients of the treatment group were given JWSNS decoction orally,43 patients of control group were given oral fluoxetine hydrochloride. The clinical symptoms,signs,HAMD Scale score,the degree of neurological deficit score changes as well as the number of patients with adverse reactions after using drugs and so on were compared. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.9% and that of control group was 74.4%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.01). The HAMD Scale score and the degree of neurological deficit score of treatment group was significantly reduced compared with that of control group (P<0.01),and the decline in the treatment group was more obvious when compared with control (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The adverse reactions weren’t be found in treatment group. [Conclusion] JWSNS has a significant curative effect on treating depression after ischemic stroke. |
