| "穴性"是腧穴性质的简称,是指腧穴因其所在部位、经脉属性以及影响因素不同而显现的穴位之间的差异性以及反映在治疗作用方面的特异性。腧穴具有"穴性",并受多种因素的影响;腧穴可在特定病证中,因病证的性质、针刺手法不同而表现出寒热虚实的不同性质;调节和控制各种影响因素,对于正确处方选穴、有效发挥腧穴治疗作用,提高针灸临床疗效具有重要意义。 |

| Acupoint property was the abbreviation of property of acupoint. It meant that there was a difference between each acupoint according to differences of their location,the attribute of the channel and the influence factors. The specificity was reflected in the thera-peutic action. The acupoint property was effected by many ingredients;in a certain syndrome the acupoints could present different prop-erty of cold,heat,deficiency or excess according to the syndrome differentiation and needling method. To adjust and control these ingredients was important to choice acupoints exactly,expand the effect of acupoints and increase clinical curative effect of acupoint. |
