河北产北败酱中绿原酸的含量测定及指纹图谱的建立

摘要:
[目的]采用反相高效液相色谱法,建立河北产北败酱中绿原酸的含量测定方法及其指纹图谱。[方法]用Kromasil C18色谱柱,乙腈、水梯度洗脱;流速10mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长327nm。[结果]建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱共有模式,并对其进行了相似度比较。[结论]北败酱中绿原酸及其他各成分均得到很好分离,采用HPLC指纹图谱可有效控制北败酱的质量。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the determination of chlorogenic acid and establishment of fingerprint spectrum of Cortex Dictamni produced in Hebei province by reversed phased high performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] A Kromasil C18 column was used;the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 10 mL/min;The temperature of column was 35℃ and the wavelength of detection was 327 nm. [Results] The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprint was set up,and comparison of similarity was carried out. [Conclusion] Under the selected chromatographic conditions,Chlorogenic acid of Cortex Dictamni and other composi-tion was separated well,and the Quality of Cortex Dictamni can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint.
