| 摘要: |
| [目的]对应用益气活血解毒法抗溃疡性结肠炎复发进行临床疗效评价。[方法]将所收集病例随机分为中药治疗组(45例)和西药对照组(45例),观察两组临床综合疗效、临床远期疗效及不良反应。[结果]治疗组临床综合疗效优于对照组(P<0。05);在临床远期疗效观察中,治疗组与对照组相比能有效降低复发率(P<0。01)和改善治疗后、随访时中医证候积分(P<0。01);改善随访时内镜指数及组织学严重程度分级(P<0。01);并且不良反应率明显低于对照组(P<0。05)。[结论]以益气活血解毒立法的中药溃结复发方对溃疡性结肠炎复发患者属脾胃虚弱、湿热瘀阻证型治疗,近期及远期疗效均优于西药对照组,能有效阻抑愈后复发,并且临床不良反应小。 |

| [Objection] To estimate the clinic therapeutic effect of increasing pneuma,promoting blood flow and deintoxication method in resisting ulcerative colitis(UC) recurrence.[Methods] The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(treated with Chinese medicines,n=45) and the control group(treated with Western medicines,n=45) according to the random table.Clinical synthesize curative effect,prostecdtive efficacy and adverse effect were observed.[Results] Clinical synthesize curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Through clinical prostecdtive efficacy observation,recurrence rate in the treatment group was more decreased and TCM syndrome integration was more improved than that in the control group after treatment and follow-up visit(P<0.01).The endoscopic index and patho-grad were more improved after follow-up visit(P<0.01).Compared with western medicine,it had no obvious ill-effect(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Clinical curative effect in the near future and long-term in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.We had got satisfied clinical efficacy in treating UC recurrence patients of weakness of the spleen and stomach and humid heat stagnation of blood stasis by using the methods of increasing pneuma,promoting blood flow and disintoxication.The prescription of contra-relepse was more restrained recurrence and decreased clinical side effect than SASP. |
