| [目的]探讨大黄藿苓汤对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾脏的保护作用及机制。[方法]采用腺嘌呤造模,设空白组、模型组、治疗1、2组。[结果]治疗1、2组肾脏病理改变较模型组轻,尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达治疗1组较模型组减少(P<0。05),治疗2组与模型组相比bFGF表达无明显差异。[结论]大黄藿苓汤对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰大鼠肾脏有保护作用,且早期用药优于晚期用药,其机制可能是抑制bFGF表达。 |

| [Objection] To explore the protective function and of Dahuang Huoling decoction on rats with chronic renal failure.[Methods] To establish the rats model by using adenine,divide the model rats into normal group,model group,medicated group 1 and medicated group 2.[Results] The pathology changes of the medicated group 1 and 2 were lighter than that of the control group.Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN),creatinine,uric acid and bFGF expressions of medicated group 1 were lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).The bFGF expressions in medicated group 2 were no obviously differentiation than that in model group(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Dahuang Huoling decoction had protective function on chronic renal failure of rat kidney caused by adenine.Early medication was more effective than later period.Its mechanism can be the restraint in bFGF expressions. |
