| [目的]观察中药痛经方治疗肝郁寒凝血瘀型痛经的疗效。[方法]服用中药痛经方,煎服,2次/d,150 mL/次,治疗该型痛经患者22例。以自身对照法,观察其治疗前后症状及主症积分值变化。[结果]治愈6例,显效10例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率为95.5%。[结论]痛经方治疗肝郁寒凝血瘀型痛经,疗效显著。 |

| Effects of dysmenorrhea prescription on dysmenorrhea with liver depression,cold coagulation and blood stasis in 22 cases |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the effect of the dysmenorrhea prescription on dysmenorrhea patients with liver depression,cold coagulation and blood stasis.[Methods] Patients with dysmenorrhea was treated with traditional Chinese medicine dysmenorrhea prescription,twice a day for 150 mL every time.Then,the changes of symptoms and main symptoms’ score before and after treatment were determined.[Results] 6 cases were cured.10 cases were markedly effective.5 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.5%.[Conclusion] The effect of dysmenorrhea prescription for treating this type of dysmenorrhea is significant. |
