舒脉宁注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘要:
[目的] 探讨舒脉宁注射液(SHUMN)对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。[方法] 采用大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察脑缺血前后血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和脑组织钙及含水量的变化。[结果] 脑缺血再灌注期血浆NO、ET和脑组织钙及含水量显著升高(P<0.05),使用舒脉宁注射液后,血浆NO、ET和脑组织钙及含水量明显降低。[结论] 舒脉宁注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤确有保护作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the protective effect of SHUMAINING injection against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. [Methods] The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced in rats. Then the blood NO, ET and brain Ca2+, brain water content of rats were respectively observed. [Results] In the stage of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, all the blood NO, ET and brain Ca2+ and brain water content of rats increased significantly. After treating with SHUMAINING injection, all these parameters decreased significantly when compared with that before. [Conclusion] The protective effect of SHUMAINING injection in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is definite.
