| [目的] 了解中国丹红注射液不良反应研究文献的概况。[方法] 采用计量学方法对中国1994-2009年正式发表的512篇丹红注射液研究文献进行统计分析。[结果] 文献显示丹红注射液临床应用以心脑血管疾病为主,不良反应多见于皮肤、循环及神经系统。[结论] 临床医生应了解丹红注射液所致不良反应的特点,合理使用。 |

| [Objective] To find out the overview of literature about the adverse drug reaction induced by Danhong injection. [Methods] The 512 pieces published research literature about Danhong injection from 1994 to 2009 were analyzed by quantitative method. [Results] Clinical application of Danhong injection was mainly in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,adverse drug reaction mainly in the skin, the circulatory and nervous systems. [Conclusion] Clinicians should be aware of the characteristics of the ADRs caused by Danhong injection for rational use of the injection. |
