| [目的] 观察加味黄连温胆汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者的临床疗效.[方法] 将63例2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者随机分为两组,观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、汉密尔顿(HAMD-24)评分变化.[结果] 治疗后,治疗组显效12例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率为87.5%;治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后患者匀粤酝阅-圆源评分明显改善,明显优于对照组(P<0.01).[结论] 加味黄连温胆汤能够改善糖尿病合并抑郁患者的临床症状,控制患者病情发展. |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effects of modified Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating type 2 diabetes complicated with depression.[Methods] Sixty-three patients with type 2 diabetes associated with depression were randomly divided into two groups,and then the changes of TCM symptoms integral and HAMD-24 score before and after treatment were observed in each group.[Results] After treatment,12 patients were markedly improved,16 patients effective and 4 patients ineffective in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 87.5%.The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).After treatment,HAMD-24 score of patients was significantly improved in treatment group and obviously superior to the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Modified Huanglian Wendan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes in depressive state and control the development of illness. |
