| [目的] 本研究旨在建立一种制备补骨脂酚的简单、高效的方法。[方法] 补骨脂药材粉碎,经石油醚冷浸提取,得到补骨脂酚粗提物,再经硅胶柱色谱分离,石油醚洗脱,得到补骨脂酚粗品;再经硅胶柱色谱分离,石油醚-乙酸乙酯(12:1)洗脱得到补骨脂酚纯品。[结果] 通过核磁共振波谱仪鉴定为补骨脂酚;经UPLC检测,在246 nm下补骨脂酚纯度>98%,补骨脂酚得率1.0%。[结论] 该方法具有简单、快速、高效的特点,能够大量制备补骨脂酚。 |

| [Objective] To establish a simple and efficient method for the preparation of bakuchiol. [Methods] The powder of Fructus Psoraleae was extracted with petroleum ether by maceration to get the crude extract of bakuchiol. The crude extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and eluted with petroleum ether to achieve the crude product of bakuchiol, then further treated with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate (12:1) to achieve bakuchiol. [Results] Bakuchiol, characteristed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR was obtained with the purity above 98%, which was determined by UPLC-DAD at 246 nm. The yield of bakuchiol was 1.0%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and efficient, can prepare a large number of bakuchiol. |
