| [目的]观察黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。[方法]将2014年11月-2015年5月在天津医科大学代谢病医院住院治疗的98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，其中对照组（49例）在常规治疗基础上应用甲钴胺片，治疗组（49例）在对照组治疗基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤，连续治疗12周。观察治疗前后临床症状、血糖、血脂、血液流变学及神经传导速度。[结果]治疗组临床症状、血糖、血脂、血液流变学及神经传导速度改善程度均优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗组总有效率为87.76%，明显高于对照组69.38%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论]在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效显著。 |

| [Objective] To explore the clinical effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction for treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN).[Methods] The 98 cases from November 2012 to May 2015 during the hospitalization of DPN patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The 49 cases in control group received conventional treatment and methylcobalamin, 49 cases in treatment group received Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis therapy of control group. All patients were treated continuously for 12 weeks. To observe the difference of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipid, hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment.[Results] The improvement of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood fat, hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective power of treatment group(87.76%)was obviously higher than that of control group(69.38%, P<0.05).[Conclusion] On the basis of routine treatment, Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can improve the curative effect of DPN. |
