| 《临证指南医案》是记录清代著名医家叶天士临床实践的医案专著，此书记载了叶天士治疗多种病证的遣方用药。其中的丸剂、膏剂及特殊服药法，在多个医案的方后注中均有详细说明。通过对《临证指南医案》中的丸剂及其赋形剂、膏剂、送服法、服药时间、煎药用水的统计汇总，探析了叶天士在临证中对丸剂、膏剂及服药法的运用规律及其临床意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Guide to Clinical Medical Records is a monograph of the famous doctor in Qing Dynasty YE Tian-shi's personal clinical experience. It records the medication of Ye Tian-shi in treating serious diseases. The pills, unguentum and special drug regimen have also been written in detail in the introduction of medical cases. By summarizing the statistics of pills and its excipient, unguentum, drug regimen, administration time and water to boil the herb which mentioned in Guide to Clinical Medical Records, rules and clinical significance in the use of pills and unguentum and drug regimen of YE Tian-shi were explored. |
