| [目的]探讨香樟叶挥发油的止痒作用及其可能的作用机制。[方法]采用4-氨基吡啶诱导小鼠瘙痒模型,2,4-二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠变态反应性接触性皮炎模型,探讨香樟叶挥发油的止痒作用。[结果]4-氨基吡啶瘙痒模型中,与模型组相比,香樟叶挥发油高、低剂量10 min内舔体次数均显著减少(P<0.01),香樟叶挥发油高剂量组小鼠血清白三烯B4(LTB4)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)的水平显著降低(P<0.05),但香樟叶挥发油各组对白细胞介素-4(IL-4)均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。病理检查显示模型组出现大量炎细胞,香樟叶挥发油高、低剂量组未见炎细胞,挥发油低剂量组真皮层轻度增厚。2,4-二硝基氟苯变态反应性接触性皮炎模型中,与模型组相比,香樟叶挥发油高剂量组小鼠血清LTB4的水平显著降低(P<0.05),但香樟叶挥发油各组对IL-4均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。[结论]香樟叶挥发油具有显著的止痒作用,降低瘙痒小鼠血清中5-HT和LTB4的量是其作用机制之一。 |

| Antipruritic effects of essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaves |

| [Objective] To study the antipruritic effect of essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaves and its possible mechanism.[Methods] The model of pruritus induced by 4-aminopyridine in mice and the model of allergic contact dermatitis induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene in mice were explored. The antipruritic effect of essentia oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaves was investigated.[Results] In 4-aminopyridine pruritus model,compared with the model group the number of licking body in high and low doses of essential oil group was significantly decreased in 10 min (P<0.01). The contents of LTB4 and 5-HT were significantly decreased (P<0.05). However,the essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaf had no significant effect on IL-4 (P>0.05). Pathological examination showed a large number of inflammatory cells in the model group. Inflammatory cells were not seen in the high and low doses of essential oil group. The dermis slightly thickened in the low doses of essential oil group. In the 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene model of allergic contact dermatitis,compared with the model group the contents of LTB4 was significantly decreased (P<0.05). However,the essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaves had no significant effect on IL-4 (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaves has a significant antipruritic effect. Its mechanism is to reduce the contents of 5-HT and LTB4. |
