| 香柑内酯在不同种属肝微粒体中的代谢差异研究 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]研究香柑内酯在7种不同肝微粒体中的代谢差异。[方法]采用肝微粒体体外孵育的方法研究香柑内酯在7种不同种属肝微粒体中的代谢差异。使用四级杆飞行时间液质联用(Q-TOF-LC/MS)法检测分析代谢产物。[结果]香柑内酯与7种肝微粒体孵育后共检测出4种不同的代谢产物,通过分析代谢产物的种类及含量,香柑内酯在比格犬和大鼠肝微粒体中的代谢与在人肝微粒的代谢较为相近。[结论]通过研究发现,香柑内酯在比格犬和大鼠肝微粒体中的代谢与在人肝微粒体中的代谢较为接近。 |

| [Objective] To study the differences in bergapten metabolites in seven liver microsomes.[Methods] Liver microsomes were incubated in vitro to study the metabolic differences in liver microsomes of seven species of animals. The metabolites of bergapten incubated in different species of liver microsomes were detected by Q-TOF-LC/MS.[Results] After incubation of bergapten with liver microsomes of seven species,four kinds of metabolites were detected. By comparing and analyzing the types and quantities of metabolites,the metabolism of bergapten in liver microsomes of beagle dog and rat are similar to that in human liver microsomes.[Conclusion] It was found that the metabolism of bergapten in liver microsomes of beagle dog and rat were similar to that in human liver microsomes. |
