| 中医医疗机构血液透析室新型冠状病毒肺炎防控流程与中医药参与探讨 |

| 摘要: |
| 新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）来势凶猛，传染力强，给人类健康带来巨大威胁。中华医学会肾病分会、国家肾脏病医疗质量控制中心、中关村肾病血液净化创新联盟等组织制定并发布了关于新冠肺炎的防控建议及措施，但在防控范围方面尚有需补充之处，在制定防控流程中应予以重视和补充。中医药在治疗新冠肺炎方面疗效显著，但在疫情预防环节中医药参与不足，现代研究已证实多种中医药方法防控疫病的有效性及可行性，为更好地做好血液透析室新冠肺炎的防控工作，需制定科学的防控流程，并挖掘历代防治疫病的经验和方法，多措并举，力争将血液透析室的感染风险降至最低。 |

| Abstract: |
| The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) seriously endangers people's health. Several academic organizations including Chinese Society of Nephrology,National Kidney Disease Medical Quality Control Center,Zhongguancun Nephrology and Blood Purification Innovation Alliance have formulated and issued the prevention and control suggestions or programs about the COVID-19. But the scopeof prevention and control is still insufficient,which needs to be paid more attention and supplemented. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is effective in the treatment of COVID-19,but insufficient in participation. Researches have showed the effectiveness and feasibility of many TCM methods to prevent and control epidemic diseases. In order to better prevent and control COVID-19 in the hemodialysis rooms,it is suggested to formulate a scientific prevention and control process,dig out the experience and methods of preventing and treating epidemics in the past dynasties,and endeavor to minimize the risk of infection in the hemodialysis rooms. |
