| 新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医学“疫病”“湿疫”范畴，根据其临床表现及发病特点，结合中医传统理论，目前认为其病因是感受疫戾湿毒，病位主要在肺脾，病性以湿为主，寒热错杂，虚实夹杂，主要病机为疫戾湿毒犯肺，气机闭阻，肺脾气虚；病机特点突出表现为肺脾相关。中医治疗分为初期、中期、重症期及恢复期4期，应以解毒宣肺健脾化湿贯穿始终，初期以宣肺止咳、芳香化湿为主，中期侧重宣肺平喘、通腑解毒，重症期温阳开闭固脱，恢复期补肺健脾化湿。 |

| Novel coronavirus pneumonia belongs to the category of "plague" and "damp plague" in traditional Chinese medicine. According to its clinical manifestations and disease characteristics,combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory,we believe that the cause is plague and dampness toxin,the disease location is mainly in the lung and spleen,and the nature of disease is mainly dampness,mixed with cold and heat,and the reality is mixed. The pathogenesis is prominently related to lung and spleen. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is divided into four stages:initial,intermediate,severe and recovery. The main treatments are ventilating lung,removing toxin,invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness. In the initial stage,ventilating lung with suppressing cough and resolving dampness with aromatics were mainly used. In theintermediate stage,freeing lung and relieving asthma,purging fu-organs to detoxify were focused. Warming yang and secure patient from collapse in severe stage. The recovery period is mainly based on strengthening spleen,supplementing lung,and dampening the dampness. |
