| 从“体病相关”角度提出“同病异体”论，其基本观点为：同一种疾病的发生存在个体体质的差异性，并在疾病发展过程中，个体体质的差异性对病邪的从化、病情的变化等具有主导性、倾向性，从而形成同一疾病出现不同类型或不同证候的背景或基础。“同病异体”论的提出，对于揭示“同病异治”的物质基础、体现个体化诊疗的思想、推动慢性病防治关口的前移具有重要的理论和实践意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| From the perspective of "the relation of constitution and disease",the theory of "individuals' heterogeneous constitutions for the same disease" is proposed,and its basic point is that there are differences among individual constitutions during the development of the same disease,the differences of individual constitutions are dominant and prone to the adherence of disease and the change of illness,forming the background or basis for different types or different syndromes of the same disease. The theory of "individuals' heterogeneous constitutions for the same disease" has important theoretical and practical significance for revealing the material basis of "diversified treatments for the same disease",embodying the idea of individualized diagnosis and treatment,and promoting the advancement of the prevention and control of chronic diseases. |
