| 肺纤维化的病位在肺间质，在中医上则为三焦腠理，归属于少阳。少阳是人体表里之枢、阴阳之枢，亦是人体元气津液运行之枢，少阳枢机不利是肺纤维化的关键病机。临床上可从少阳的角度辨治肺纤维化，在少阳证的基础上，根据是否存在两经同病及兼夹瘀血的不同，选用小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤、柴胡加芒硝汤、柴胡桂枝干姜汤等方进行治疗，必要时亦可将柴胡类方与其他方剂合方运用。 |

| Discussion on the application of chaihu prescriptions in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis based on pivot theory |

| Abstract: |
| Pulmonary fibrosis is located in the interstitial lung. In Chinese medicine,it is in sanjiao,which are attributed to shaoyang. As the key pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis,shaoyang is the pivot of the body's surface and interior,the pivot of yin and yang,and the pivot of the body's vital energy and fluid flow. Pulmonary fibrosis can be treated clinically from the perspective of shaoyang. On the basis of the shaoyang evidence,depending on whether there is co-morbidity or not and whether there is blood stasis,the formulae used are Xiaochaihu Decoction,Dachaihu Decoction,Chaihu plus Mangxiao Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction are used for treatment. If necessary,other prescriptions can be combined with bupleurum prescriptions. |
