| 探析“泻南补北”论治肝实证理法 |

| “泻南补北”法首见于《难经·七十五难》中“东方实，西方虚，泻南方，补北方。”意为临证肝木实，郁而化火，木火刑金而扰其清虚出现的肝亢肺衰之证，其治则为泻南方心火而补北方肾水。古今医家多以“泻南补北”法治疗心肾不交之病症，而疏其论治肝实肺虚之病理变化核心，故本文基于《难经·七十五难》“泻南补北”法探析肝实证之临证理法及效验。 |

| Abstract: |
| The treatment “Xienan Bubei” first seen in Classic on Medical Problems：Seventy Five Problem，“the east is real，the west is empty，diarrhea in the south，the north”. It means the syndrome of hyperactivity of the liver and lung failure caused by the stagnation of the liver and the fire of the wood and the burning of the gold. Its treatment is to relieve the heart fire in the south and replenish the kidney water in the north. Ancient and modern doctors to “Xienan Bubei” method to treat the disease of heart and kidney，however，there are few core pathological changes in treating liver and lung deficiency. Therefore，based on the method of “Xienan Bubei” in Classic on Medical Problems，this paper analyzes the clinical theory and effect of liver demonstration. |
