| 张锡纯收敛固涩法及相关方药应用研究进展 |

| 燕赵医家张锡纯为中医大家，其学术思想影响深远。张锡纯对于收敛固涩治法有独到见解，对收敛固涩药物应用纯熟，并以此组成相关方剂，尤其以山萸肉和来复汤为代表，历经时间的检验，仍应用广泛且疗效显著。通过阅读相关著作及文献，归纳张锡纯常用收敛固涩药物及方剂，总结张锡纯收敛固涩治法的临床应用，对其进行综述。文章包括张锡纯收敛固涩治法及相关方药的介绍，张锡纯常用收敛固涩方药在现代常见慢性病及急症中的应用。 |

| Yan Zhao medical practitioner ZHANG Xichun is a great Chinese medicine practitioner，whose academic thought has far-reaching influence. ZHANG Xichun has a unique understanding of astringent treatment，and is familiar with the application of astringent drugs，which are used to form related formulas，especially cornelian cherry meat and Laifu Decoction，which has been tested over time and is still widely used with remarkable efficacy. This article summarizes the clinical application of ZHANG Xichun’s astringent treatment by reading related works and literature，and summarizes the commonly used astringent drugs and prescriptions of ZHANG Xichun. The article includes an introduction to ZHANG Xichun’s astringent treatment method and related prescriptions，as well as the application of ZHANG Xichun’s commonly used astringent prescriptions in modern chronic and acute diseases. |
