| 多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变作为化疗所致的严重不良反应，对患者生存质量造成显著影响。目前临床治疗方案在规范化程度及远期疗效方面尚存提升空间。中医诊疗方法凭借整体调控、辨证施治及多靶点协同干预等特点，在该领域显示出独特优势。近年来，相关研究正着力推进中医药治疗方案的标准化建设与作用机制阐释。后续研究应进一步整合传统理论与现代循证医学，推动高质量中医诊疗路径的构建。 |

| Abstract: |
| Multiple myeloma-associated peripheral neuropathy（MMPN），a treatment-related complication，substantially compromises the quality of life of affected patients. Current clinical management lacks standardization and demonstrates limited long-term efficacy. Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）offers distinct therapeutic benefits underpinned by its holistic philosophy，syndrome differentiation， and multi-target mechanisms. Recent progress in this field has focused on standardizing TCM treatment protocols and clarifying their mechanistic foundations. Future studies should aim to integrate TCM principles with evidence-based medicine to optimize clinical pathways for the management of MMPN. |
