| Abstract
|
| Objective: To observe the effect of 7 different proportions of Danshen Root and Sanqi on myocardial biochemical indiced in dogs with AMI.Methods: AMI model was produced in dog by coronary artery ligation. CTnI and CK-MB concentrations were measured after duodenal administration of drugs. Results: cTnI could be reduced at the proportion of 10/0,10/1,10/3, 10/6,10/10(P<0.05,P<0.01), while CK-MB lowered at the proportion of 10/0,10/1,10/3,10/6.1/10,0/10(P<0.05). Conclusion: The direct effect of Danshen Root on cardiovascular function was better than Sanqi. |
