| Abstract

| [Objective]To explore the mechanism of Jiuxin capsule in protecting endothelial cell and preventing or treating the coronary heart disease(CHD)by observing the effect on the ability of anti-oxidation injury in endothelial cell.[Methods]Cell injury model was established by Low density lipoprotien(LDL)with endothelial cell culture technique,and drugs was added through two different methods-sterilized pure extract and serum containing Jiuxin capsule.The changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)were analyzed.[Result]The activity of SOD was decreased significantly,while the content of MDA was increased markedly after being injured by LDL.Jiuxin capsule could significantly inhibit this changes compared with the injury groups.[Conclusion]Jinxin capsule can protect endothelial cell and enhance the ability of endothelial cell against oxidation injury. |
