Abstract
    Three important trends in TCM investigation is pointed out. They are from simple linear system to complex opening gigantic system,intersecting infiltrating and fusing non-linear complex science,information science and foreland mathematical with TCM from pattern biology to body experiment,applying feasible technique means to establish a platform for the investigation of TCM and pharmacology from pure science to a science fused with the humanities,enlarging the thinking mode with Chinese characteristic.
