| [Objective] To establish the quality criteria of Yi-shen Ruan-gan (nourishing kidney and softening liver) mixture. [Methods] The qualitative idendificatioin of the the paeoniae radix was carried out by thin layer chromatography. [Results] The colour spectrum of experimental medicine showed same colour spot and was better distinct than that of control product and control medical material. [Conclusions] The method is sensitive, accurate and strongly specific and may be used to carry out the qualitative identification and quality control. |
