| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the stability of salvianolic acid B in minosis body pH environment in vitro.[Methods] Minosis pH value of body fluid was carried out by using NaHCO3 and HCL.The content change of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% acetic acid(23:77)and detection wavelength was 281 nm.[Results] The content of salvianolic acid B decreased 1.5% at half an hour and 11.2% at four hours in gastric juice of empted stomach. But there wasn’t any change at zero to sixth hour in gastric juice of food-filled stomach. The content of salvianolic acid B decreased 3.9% at three hours and 6.7% at six hours in small intestinal juice. But it was instable in large intestinal juice.[Conclusions] The method was sensitive, accurate and may be used to carry out qualitative identification and quality control of salvianolic acid B. |
