| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish the determining method of the content of salvianolic acid B in Qingxin Tablet. [Methods] HPLC analysis was performed on a YMC-pack C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30:10:1:59) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 286 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. [Results] The standard curves of salvianolic acid B showed a good linearity and the average recovery weas 99.62% with RSD 1.46% (n=8). [Conclusions] The method can be used for the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Qingxin Tablet. |
