| [Objective] To observe the effect of Breviscapine Powder Injection in treating heart stroke of coronary heart disease.[Methods] The 50 patients with the heart stroke of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(n=25) and treatment group(n=25),both groups treated with aspirin,β receptor blocker,nitrates,cholesterol-lowering drugs.Meanwhile,the patients of treatment group was treated with Breviscapine Powder Injection.[Results] The symptoms of angina,ST-T changes in EKG,ischemic time of ST-T changes on Holter,blood rheology changes and improvements in blood lipids of treatment group patient were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Breviscapine Powder Injection had an advantage than that of western medicine on treating heart stroke of coronary heart disease. |
