| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish a method for determining sodium of Danshensu in new shengmaisan tablet. [Methods] Chromatography column: Xterra @ RP185 was used; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid (2:98); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 280 nm. [Results] The calibration curve showed a good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0.15~2.4 μg/mL (r=0.999 9) with satisfied precision, repetition, stability and recovery. [Conclusion] The method is convenient, accurate and specific. It could be used for the quality control of new shengmaisan tablet. |
