| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To research the influence of Flavonoid and Polysaccharides in Viola yedoensis Makino on the activity of serum catalase (CAT) in mice. [Methods] The mice were divided into eight groups after injection of D-galactose to make subacute aging model, and then, each group mice were fed drug. The CAT activity in serum was detected. [Results] CAT activity of normal control group and the treatment group was obviously higher than model control groups(P<0.05,P<0.01). The improvement of Flavonoid on the activity of CAT in middle and low dose group was significant than Polysaccharides group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between high dose groups. [Conclusion] The study shows that Flavonoid and Polysaccharides in Viola yedoensis Makino can significantly improve the activity of CAT. |
