| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide in Codonopsis tangshen Oliv. using response surface methodology (RSM). [Methods] On the basis of single factor test, extracting temperature, extracting times and extracting time were selected as response factors; the yield of polysaccharide was used as response value. A three-factor-three-level experiment design was developed. RSM was employed to analyze the results of experiments. [Results] The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide were as follows: extracting temperature was 80 ℃, extracting times was 5 times, and extracting time was 5 h. The yield of polysaccharide was 22.31%. [Conclusion] RSM employed in optimization of the extraction conditions is feasible. |
