| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Observed the effect of removing stasis and diffusing yang therapy to LMR and P-selectin of ulcerative colitis rats, while analysis the relationship between the intestinal permeability and P-selectin level.[Methods] Ulcerative colitis model rats were made by DSS, mesalazine enema liquid and removing stasis and diffusing yang (RSDY) herbs in retention edema. The data of L/M and P-sel level were compared aftermolding and before and fater treatment.[Results] It was obviously found that L/M and P-sel level of the model replication group significantly increased comparing with the data of the normal group. The datas of L/M and P-sel level of the group treated by mesalazine and RSDY herbs was obviously less than the data of the model control group, while there was no significant difference between two groups.[Conclusion] Removing stasis and diffusing yang herbs retention enema can reduce L/M and P-sel level of the ulcerative colitis rats, while there was no statistically significant difference comparing with mesalazine group. |
