| Abstract

| [Objective] To summarize the regularity of the treatment of endometrial polyps (EP) with traditional Chinese medicine, and to explore the main pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.[Methods] The literatures of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of EP in recent 8 years were collected and the prescription database was established by using Excel software. The data were analyzed by STATA software.[Results] The etiology and pathogenesis of EP was mainly in the "stasis" and "liver and kidney", the two dirty most closely. The treatment of EP the highest frequency of use 5 types of drugs were Huoxue Huayu drugs, Buxu drugs, Qingre drugs, Zhixue drugs, Wenli drugs. The highest frequency of use before 3 drug types were Danggui, Chuanxiong, Taoren.[Conclusion] This study once again deeply analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of EP, summarized the medication rules of EP, and provided a train of thought for the clinical treatment of EP. |
