| Abstract
|
| Based on Professor ZHANG Boli’s“damp-turbidity and phlegm-rheum”theory,this paper summarizes his clinical experience with myasthenia gravis. He proposes that the core pathogenesis is spleen-kidney deficiency with dampness and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals, rooted in deficiency of the five viscera-mainly the spleen and kidney-often complicated by intermingled dampness and stasis. Staged treatment follows dynamic patterns of the syndrome:the acute phase focuses on eliminating pathogens and unblocking channels;the prolonged phase combines tonification and purgation;the remission phase emphasizes reinforcing qi and strengthening the body’s resistance. Regulating the metabolism of damp-turbidity and phlegm-rheum remains a consistent priority, along with regulating qi flow and nourishing body and spirit, thus providing a systematic framework for long-term myasthenia gravis management. |
