| Abstract
|
| Ulcerative colitis(UC),as one of the refractory diseases of the digestive system, not only seriously damages the health and quality of life of patients, but also causes extraintestinal manifestations in patients with long-term disease. Professor LI Diangui,a national medical master, has summarized years of clinical experience and analyzed the same pathogenesis and intrinsic connection between UC and pyoderma gangrenosum(PG)from the perspective of“turbidity toxin”theory. He believes that“internal turbidity toxin”is the basis of the onset of this disease, and the transformation of“internal turbidity toxin external ulce”is its pathological process. By drawing on the method of“eliminating, supporting, and supplementing”in surgical ulcer diseases,he has formulated the treatment principle of“dispelling turbidity toxin, detoxifying, and treating by stages”. The initial attack on evil is to eliminate turbidity toxin,to attack and supplement pus to support turbidity toxin, and to cultivate and supplement positive“qi”in the later stage to clear turbid toxin,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of UC and its complications. |
