| 摘要: |
| 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）作为消化系统难治性疾病之一，不仅严重损害患者健康及生活质量，长程患者往往伴随肠外表现。李佃贵教授总结多年临床经验，对 UC 伴坏疽性脓皮病（PG）的患者，从浊毒理论角度分析两者之间的相同病机与内在联系。认为“内浊毒”是本病的发病基础，“内浊毒—外疮痈”的转化是其病理过程，借鉴外科疮疡病“消、托、补”之法，制定了“化浊解毒、分期论治”的治疗原则，即初起攻邪为上消浊毒、成脓攻补兼施以托浊毒、后期培补正气以清浊毒,以期为 UC 及其并发症的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Ulcerative colitis（UC），as one of the refractory diseases of the digestive system，not only seriously damages the health and quality of life of patients，but also causes extraintestinal manifestations in patients with long-term disease. Professor LI Diangui，a national medical master，has summarized years of clinical experience and analyzed the same pathogenesis and intrinsic connection between UC and pyoderma gangrenosum（PG）from the perspective of“turbidity toxin”theory. He believes that“internal turbidity toxin”is the basis of the onset of this disease，and the transformation of“internal turbidity toxin external ulce”is its pathological process. By drawing on the method of“eliminating，supporting，and supplementing”in surgical ulcer diseases，he has formulated the treatment principle of“dispelling turbidity toxin，detoxifying，and treating by stages”. The initial attack on evil is to eliminate turbidity toxin，to attack and supplement pus to support turbidity toxin，and to cultivate and supplement positive“qi”in the later stage to clear turbid toxin，in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of UC and its complications. |
