| 中药安慰剂作为临床试验中评估药物真实疗效的关键对照工具，其感官特性的模拟精度直接影响双盲设计的科学性与受试者依从性，而颜色是最直观的第一印象，安慰剂的颜色相似性直接影响患者对治疗的信任度。目前，中药安慰剂颜色拟合正经历从经验试错到智能预测的技术革新。文章系统阐述中药安慰剂颜色模拟和评价方面的进展，对目前的技术手段进行了归纳，针对现存的问题及挑战提出了有益的解决思路，以期为中药安慰剂现代化提供理论支持。 |

| As a key control tool for evaluating the true efficacy of drugs in clinical trials，the simulation accuracy of sensory characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine placebos directly affects the scientificity of double-blind design and subject compliance. Color is the most intuitive first impression，and the color similarity of placebos directly affects patients’trust in treatment. At present， the color fitting of traditional Chinese medicine placebos is undergoing technological innovation from empirical trial and error to intelligent prediction. This article systematically elaborates on the progress in color simulation and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine placebos，summarizes current technological means，and proposes useful solutions to existing problems and challenges，in order to provide theoretical support for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine placebos. |
