| 目的: 研究中药复方肺一丸对肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法: 应用人类小细胞肺癌裸小鼠模型观察中药复方肺一丸对癌细胞的抑制作用;利用透射电镜观察肺一丸诱导癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果: 中药复方肺一丸能明显抑制肺癌细胞的增殖,同时,透射电镜观察结果表明有明显的诱导肺癌细胞凋亡的作用,出现凋亡小体。结论: 中药复方肺一丸对肺癌细胞有明显的抑制增殖和诱导调亡的作用,中药复方治疗肺癌的分子生物学机制需要进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To study the influence of Fei Yi Wan, compound prescription of Chinese medicine, on proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells. Methods: A model of small nude mice suffered from human small cell carcinoma of lung was used. Using transmitting electro-microscope technique, the apoptosis induced by Fei Yi Wan was observed. Results: Fei Yi Wan could obviously inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells. Meanwhile, a marked effect on the induction of the cells apoptosis was observed by microscope with appearance of apoptosis corpuscle. Conclusion: Fei Yi Wan could markedly inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cell and induce apoptosis but further investigation was still needed for mechanism illustration. |
